Develop Suspect Target Profiles (STP) to be used for list selection criteria and identify the most appropriate list sources.

Position PROVIDER as a business resources.

Employ an integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel approach that is offer, content and action driven.

Develop content to support the communication stream and to educate our audience on the business benefits of the programs.

Driving action:

In the four quarters the program ran, PROVIDER experienced a 109% increase in ROMI.

Collected efforts yielded the addition of 172 new customers to the PROVIDER’s book of business.
